I discovered this tea on the Adagio Tea site and purchased it as I am a Capricorn. The tin it comes in is quite lovely. The appearance of the tea in the tin is earthy as it should be for a Capricorn. The first thing I smelled was the vanilla. One tablespoon, I believe, was enough tea for two and one half infusions. Don’t use more than 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar, unless you like a very sweet cup of tea.

I have been drinking this tea for around five years, maybe more. From what I understand, the tea was created by an Englishman who was given a short amount of time to live; however, he claims this special blend of herbs and tea saved his life. Why not drink it? I also have the green tea bags. I have tried the “original” flavoured with raspberry (it was a gift from the company)—I did not care for this as it was infused with stevia—I am not big on faux-sweetners, prefer cane sugar or honey. Sir Jason Winters’ Tea is my favourite!

Curious, I purchased this tea at a heath-food store: I read something, somewhere regarding the health benefits of Oolong tea—I have since forgotten what those benefits are. I’d also read something, somewhere, saying Oolong is the tea served at Chinese restaurants, so, I figured I’d try it. This is an earthy tea which will probably take me some getting used to.

My boss brought me back a tin of this tea when he went to England a few years ago. I have not been known to drink Earl Grey. I went so far as to turn up my nose at the thought of drinking an Earl Grey; however, after a few cups, I learned to love this blend. I am more than likely going to order another tin sometime soon!

I thought this tea might be similar to a tea my boss brought me back from his last trip to London, alas, it is not.
Lady Grey is a nice, light version of Earl Grey: I like mine with two sugars and a bit of milk.
