I brewed this tea for 6 minutes at 210 in my cast iron pot. You can immediately smell the citrus as it’s steeping. To no surprise, that same bold tangy orange citrus is the first note I can taste. The notes of chocolate and spice are subtle but very, very tasty. I sweetened this with a very small amount of rock sugar.

As a side note, as it cooled, I felt as though I could taste more of the chocolate.

Overall, I really like this tea. The fact that it was 75% off also doesn’t hurt ;)

Hi!
I’m Rachel. I’m a vet tech in Tampa, Florida. I’m a tea lover, and a complete novice. I’m hoping to expand my tastes and explore new teas. Right now I’m really only familiar with Teavana. Which, I can’t really afford frequently. Looking to make some friends and learn some more about tea =)
