3 Tasting Notes


I have to say this is one of my all time favorite. This TGY is made in traditional medium-dark roasted style. I love the unique TGY aftertaste, reminds me of the rainy seasons in Muzha. I’ve been looking for traditional TGY for a long time, this is the good old thing from the good old days.

Had this Damanzhong with my chadao teacher and her friends in Gongfu method, it yielded 9 infusions. It still could go on for another few infusions but we didn’t because they had to go. That was beyond my experience.

I guess I’ll start with teas I’m addict to. This is another tea of our collection, hope it’s not too exaggerate that I love our own teas… GABA Oolong is another of my everyday tea, and it’s a MUST in my travel mug. It tastes like Oriental Beauty and Honey Black Tea, with smoother character. I’m not a serious tea-ceremony person, and this tea is perfect as a daily tea for me.
