A sipdown! (M: 1 Y: 1) — prompt: Drink a tea that you prefer plain. Well, I drink most teas plain. The only exceptions are a few herbals, which I take with honey.
I am happy to have finished this one. It was a musty and earthy peppermint tea—not very good—with a long, unpleasant aftertaste. It felt like chewing on grass for a long time.
Preparation
Apparently I haven’t wrote a note for this tea I bought almost a year ago when I was in Germany. Well, maybe because there is so little to write about.
This is supposed to be a peppermint tea and well, it tastes like it. A musty and weak peppermint. One tea bag is too little; so I usually prepare it with two and it doubles the mustiness and doesn’t bring any refreshing menthol notes.
11 bags to go.

Sipdown prompt: May 4 – Herb Day: drink an herbal tea
But this is first of 20 bags, so definitely not a sipdown. Bought because outer wrappings only.
The translation of this tea is: “Herbal tea”. For ingredients list and their ratios see the description.
Well, this is a herbal tea with herbal qualities. Honestly I don’t see any other notes in this cup, being quite pleasant and good palate cleanser. None of the herbs being too dominant.
Flavors: Herbaceous
