TeaDB website has vendor guides for pu’er, Wu Yi oolongs and Taiwanese oolongs. Yunnan Sourcing is a great vendor and has a large selection and good price to quality ratio. Their .com website ships out of China and their .us website ships out of Oregon.

For learning about gong fu brewing there are a tonr of good youtube vids. The Tea House Ghost channel has a particularly well thought out series of brewing videos which covers basics, more advanced stuff, as well as how to brew specific types of tea. He also sells good tea on West China Tea company .com.

Also I recommend brewing in a vacuum insulated stainless steel bottle. Use .5 to .75 grams per 100ml of water and pour some tea off every 5 minutes. This helps give you a sense of the entirety of what is in the leaf and gives something to compare when you brew the same tea gong fu.

Also check out global tea hut. They have info on bowl tea, gong fu, boiled tea etc.

That’s a brilliant notion for sequential brewing.
