Is there such a thing as TOO MUCH tea?

Well I don’t have that much time on me hands to drink too much tea. On my days off I get at least a gallon of various teas down.

I think too much tea happens when you run out of space to store it all.

Too much of anything can be a bad thing.

That being said, I drink 3 to 4 8 oz. steepings of the same hot tea during the day, as well as about 48 oz. of iced tea in a day. I tend to split the iced tea half with caffeine and half without.

I seem to be doing pretty well with it…

I drink about 3 cups a day.

I currently have in my possession /every/ della terra tea. too much? maybe.

I try to vary it so I don’t have TOO much actual tea in the day… I drink my teas, but I also make sure to shake it up with herbals and rooibos daily. Because too much of ANYTHING, even healthy things, can turn around and be bad for you.
