Anyone have experiences (good/bad) with sellers on eBay for tea/teaware? I heard good things about Dragon Tea House. Are there any other companies you would recommend / to stay away from?

I’ve heard many good things about Dragon Tea House, but twice I tried to buy teaware from them and to later find the item was out of stock. From there they offered an alternative or cancel the sale.

Dragon tea house has a better price on their website than eBay. I ordered from them once .super fast free shipping less than a week from China to NY. Amazing

The website is better than the eBay shop in terms of prices, plus you also get a customer discount which gets better the more you buy from them. However the website has been down for some time now, must be over a month. :(

I’ve ordered from Dragon Tea House too – I got my Yixing gaiwan and pitcher there, at two different times. The gaiwan is a favorite, but the pitcher was actually a red clay one with dark brown painted over it. There were a couple spots where you could see the original color come through. They were great about giving me a refund on it, though.

Harney & Sons take PayPal, I ordered 2 gaiwans from them as well as an oolong sample and got 3 silk-bagged teas extra. I wanted to get teaware from a reputable source, make sure it was safe.
