An urgent plea

So glad you made it! I’d like to be a small business owner in the tea industry someday and so I can imagine how difficult this must be for you.

If you ship to Australia, I’d like to make an order in the future.

We ship EVERYWHERE, but as you might be aware, Australia has some pretty strict customs rules. If the tea has any fruit pieces in it, customs will likely seize it. But we sell a lot of our iced teas there, and occasionally some of our other blends that do not contain fruit pieces or peels.

I have tried quite a few of your teas thanks to give aways and sample sales from individuals and have found some that I really like, enough for me to want to buy from you again,(Especially Genmaicha blends.) Hopefully after Christmas I will be able to buy a few things.

Hope you have a good holiday season and that your sales are terrific from now on:)

P.S. I agree with the idea of reducing the amount of new teas to come up with, I imagine that it can at times be stressful to come up with so many new teas a month, even though it is something you love.

Quick Question: Will you be offering Grab Bags from here on out? I’d like to get a few throughout the year for myself and for friends.

If you would like my package of Gingerbread House Genmaicha, please let me know. I detest Genmaicha. I reckon I can send it in a regular envelope, I think.
