My other favourite cafe in the world is the Apgujeong/Gangnam-gu location. It’s better than the Haerang/Angukdong location in that there are less people, the sound system is better and it’s more quiet. The concept for this cafe is medicinal Korean tea and it’s presented in such a beautiful and artistic way. The menu consists of questions in a mind map form, asking you about how you are feeling and what teas would suit you. All the teas are ridiculously refreshing and delicious. It is presented on a wooden tray in beautiful ceramics, often with a flower and some dried jujube slices (the perfect light treat). The foot baths are apparently free but I never got to try them. Around the corner, there are lots of good mat-jibs (tasty food places). Look for the fried mandoo place in the food alley behind the parking lot and the fish place.
