Really kind owner and beautiful tea house. I believe he said he worked in New York at Tea house there before coming back to MN and starting a business here. They mill tencha into matcha in-house with a japanese mill, which is one of only a few in the country. Also, they sell delicious mochi and treats and serve teas to-go or gongfu style. Definitely recommend checking this place out in person, if you are in the area. :)
