Mild, floral green. Call me simple, but this is one of my favorites and a tea I will perpetually keep in my cupboard.

Interesting and spicy. Prepared it with hot coconut milk and stevia for sweetness. I feel like these flavors belong with food more than they belong in a beverage – but maybe that’s because I just made a similar-tasting yellow curry with chicken last week.

To borrow from Top Chef, I’d call this tea “one note”. Tastes and smells like toasted spinach. I’ll try again with more leaves next time, but I was expecting this to be stronger. Not my favorite. I prefer something with more nuance.

Flavors: Cannabis, Grass

180 °F / 82 °C 2 min, 30 sec 1 tsp 14 OZ / 414 ML
