5 Tasting Notes


(Note: I did not get this batch from Aurora)

Sikkim is a wonderful tea with a very full and smooth flavour. I find it at it’s best a few minutes after brewing, so I advise you steep for 3-4 mins, then pour off and allow the tea to properly blend and breathe, then drink (i have it with milk, no sugar!)

I mostly only drank it when you gave it to me! I had 100g ages ago but it went pretty fast, as you can imagine.

A delicious and full-flavoured White tea, good for at least a few resteeps. Highly reccommended! Also, as a matter of personal opinion, i think after the first two steeps, and quarter to a half tsp of sugar per cup is the way to go!
