10 Tasting Notes
I bought this tea in India last month and I love it. Tulsi is really great for your health and anxiety without making you sleepy. I actually bought it in the decaf version too. I drink the decaf version more because I enjoy the relaxing qualities in the evening. The bag can only get a hearty one brew so that is why I am not giving it a 100%. I would buy it again if I came across it.
LOVE the smell of this tea. I was walking past the counter in a store in Osaka and this one caught my eye. I had to have it. The brew was decent but the flavour wasn’t as strong as I would have liked. The smell should be turned into a parfume though. Delicious! Word of caution these teas are MEGA pricey and unless you just want to drop cash for fun then I suggest you go find other teas. I am…
This was so so as a tea and def disappointing as a tea forte product. The 2nd steep was non existant. I have tried many teas with Hibiscus and this was by far the lamest. I was looking for something to help with my cramps because hibiscus does that naturally and this was so weak it just turned by tongue pink! Pretty color in the cup but that is a given when you use dark coloured flowers. Thank goodness I got this as a gift and I didn’t waste my money.
holy hangover Batman! This was awesome for my massive headache today- which most pu-erhs are but it didn’t taste like dirt which was very refreshing. I re-steeped it many times. I just kept adding water over and over. I would def recommend this to anyone who needs to clean themselves up.
This was horrid! Not to mention there are about two tiny specs of tea leafs in it. On the website the ingredients failed to mention that there is sugar in this- candied fruits does not belong in tea. Fruit yes, it is natural and clean but candied fruit is a processed, preserved and coated with sugar ! disappointed.
