4465 Tasting Notes
This is the last of my Stash pumpkin. I haven’t drank any in a while, and I figured Halloween was the perfect time to drink the last tea bag. I remember I complained it didn’t have enough pumpkin in it. It still doesn’t, but there is more pumpkin here than I remembered. Not a bad tea. Though if I drink a black tea I usually don’t prefer decaf. But a good fall tea!
More bad Twinings tea. I didn’t think hibiscus should have went with these other flavors and it was overpowering them too. I like the idea of a cherry and cinnamon tea but Twinings teas just don’t work for me.
Not the typical rooibos flavor. I get more of the berry flavor and the berry flavor reminds me of Celestial Seasonings Berry Zinger. That one isn’t great. I wish they didn’t add peppermint. It doesn’t belong in this tea and takes away from the other flavors. I’m a bit disappointed, as I love Good Earth’s chai…
A nice light tea that reminded me of oolong, but honestly I’ve avoided green teas and have sipped more oolongs than green. Or anything more than green teas. But I love oolong so it’s a good thing this tastes like it. But maybe oolong tastes like green tea?? This is the only Teavana I’ve tried, but since it is so expensive, I probably won’t be trying much of it! I’d rather try the smaller shops anyway.
I was expecting more fruit flavor here. Or any. There is a mild scent of fruit. I really love their vanilla infused tea better, but I’m partial to anything vanilla. BUT this does make for an excellant rooibos tea, regardless. Not bad for an Ollie’s find at $1.50 for a box of 24! Six cents a tea bag and it is delicious!
