This tea is made from South African plant that grows near the Cape of Good Hope. It became increasingly popular during World War II due to the difficulty of shipping tea, and despite Kevin’s choice of moniker, in Japan it is known as Long Life Tea because it is believed to aid longevity. A cup of Red Death Rooibos will brew up a flavorful caffeine-free rich-red. Make it properly: use boiling water and steep for 7 minutes.
