Okay, I had a tough time saying “no” to this tea. But let me explain why I said “no,” because I’m probably more middle-of-the-road than anything else.

This sleepytime tea is fine. It definitely puts me to sleep, and it’s nice to have, yes. It smells of mint, but the taste overall is flat. I don’t get anything from it. It still does the trick, occasionally a little honey in there is nice, but I wouldn’t call this tea anything extraordinary.

It does soothe me to sleep at night, and it does smell lovely. So for those reasons alone, it’s a nice spare tea to have in your cupboard. But there are better teas.

I have always enjoyed this tea because way back when i was a little kid, my parents would always give me some and tell me it would help me fall asleep when I was getting tired. Did it really help? Who knows? But the placebo effect at least, always did the trick. Love this one because the taste is great but it also makes me think of home :)
