This is one of my favorite Jin Xuans I’ve had! Apricot and cream notes for the first couple infusions, then some butter notes coming through later infusions.
Description of Tea:
Milk Oolong produces a light yellowish liquor with milky sweet aroma and smooth and sweet lingering taste. It is a special hand processed tea from Taiwan. It is produced from tea leaves at certain time, temperature, altitude, soil conditions to get the milky silky texture. The best varieties are naturally processed and not scented.
Milk tea is a green oolong about 30-35% oxidized.
