“Gao cong” – meaning tall trees is the second picking of our old tree shui xian. The tea was picked on 5/7, two days after the first harvest of the garden. The leaves have a clean warm orchid fragrance. The tea is dry on the tongue and quickly salivating. Quite sweet.
