From T2

A rich explosion of fruit flavour. Sweet papaya blended with elderberries produces a wonderfully full-bodied infusion with a crisp, clean finish. Cinnamon adds warm spicy complexity and hibiscus provides fruity florals. A delicious winter warmer and stunning in summer served iced.

Brew: 1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 3-5 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius.

Serve:As is, with a little sugar or a drizzle of honey. Sensational iced in summer.

Flavour: Spice

This reminds me a bit of T2’s Strawberries and Cream, with a tangy, sour note, but with the added notes of cinnamon. I was a bit hesitant to try it but it’s lovely and sweet. The hibiscus is nice and it works so well with the cinnamon (which isn’t at all overpowering).

Flavors: Berry, Cinnamon, Hibiscus

Forget Fruitilicous & Citrus punch as the iced tea of choice. Plus its brilliant Hot which very few fruit based tisanes are. Softly spiced with cinnamon round juicy papaya flavour this tea is so underated and should not be overshadowed by its more heavily promoted brothers and sisters
