From TeaSource

Sweet, tropical flavors come together in this mellow herbal tea. Fantastic hot or iced.

The base of this herbal tea is rooibos. Rooibos is 100% caffeine-free. All rooibos comes from the Republic of South Africa, typically from the western mountainous region around Cedarburg. It has been drunk as an herbal tea for centuries in this area, and it is produced and served in a manner similar to traditional English-style black tea, up to and including the adding of milk and sugar.

From the TTB
I used two teaspoons and steeped for 5 minutes but this was still rather weak in the mango department. I guess the mango enhances the natural vanilla of the rooibos, but my take is rather, meh. Not sure I’d drink this again.

I took a chance on this one, ordering 4oz on clearance in a recent sale. I love almost everything I’ve ever tried from TeaSource, but rooibos tends to be hit-and-miss for me. Sadly, this one was a miss. I do taste the mango, but the flavoring isn’t strong enough to cover up the woody rooibos flavor of the base. I’ll likely be passing this one on to someone who likes rooibos better than I do!
