From The Chinese Tea Shop

White Peony also called Bai Mu Dan in Chinese. It is the second highest quality of white tea. This is the famous White Tea from Fu Ding, Fujian Province.

This tea harvest from wild tea plants. It is only using buds and young leaf. The farmer produce it carefully with light withering to keep perfect leaf.

The taste has very subtle with a pronounced and complex taste containing very present flowery notes. Very rich and full body mouth feel with a natural sweetness. Slight nutty and floral overtones and a smooth finish.

This one I’m drinking today. Thank you OMGsrsly for the sample.
I’m really thinking that my tastes are changing.
I really like this – I’m not usually a white tea fan, but this is really nice.
It’s more honey than grass. It’s light but has a really nice flavor to it. Might be just a hint floral. but that’s way in the back more as an accent than out right floral.
Yep – this is good.
Thank you for the opportunity to try it. :))
