Matcha powder is now also popular in sweets, cakes and has become integrated into lattés, iced drinks, milkshakes, and smoothies.
As a guide measure out, at most, quarter to half a teaspoonful.
Try a small quantity first & adjust the amount of matcha to your taste.
Add hot water (about 70°C ) to cup. It mustn’t be boiling water as this effects taste and nutritional benefits. Stir very well.
