Delicate black tea with citrus and spices. There was a white flower petal, a whole clove, a largish piece of what looks to be orange (it had a thick rind) and a hard, not flakey piece of what tastes like cinnamon. I steeped the tea loose in the pot for 3 minutes with water just off boiling for the first pot, 5 minutes for second brewing. The spices were more pronounced in taste and aroma in the second steep.

This is a nice black tea with mellow chaiesque spices. Whole cloves, and pieces of orange, maybe nutmeg too. It’s pretty good even though spice based teas aren’t really my thing.

Oh dear it’s been awhile. I suppose this tea is a bit old now, and I don’t have nearly enough time (law school can do that to you) to fully review it. Either way, a tolerable black tea (possibly because of the woman who blended it), a lot of strong flavors overlap, so prepare yourself. And have a LOT of sugar on standby.
