Hierbas Pusuqui

I randomly chose this out of my herbal pile. Yum!
The first few sips were really MEH but then as it cooled the honey I had added mellowed out the tartness and a creamy aspect developed. Oh yes this is so tasty! thanks again Ninavampi!! XO

Wow. I have been on the hunt for an apple tea to love… and I think this is it folks!! too bad it’s not sold here in Canada, that I know of anyhow.
For some reason the notes here are perfectly balanced. I’m not sure of the ingredients but I taste alot of tart/sweet apple, with a hint of cinnamon. Like crab apple pie!
And there seems to be a hint of some “tea” in the background, though my online research tells me that this is an herbal.
Either way, I would love to one day make an order of this tea. It’d be fabulous for road trips or the kids (my niece, or cousins)
I think one of my issues with apple juice and thus many teas is that they end up either too thick or sweet for my liking, but everything is just right in this one. Other than that, I can’t quite put my finger on why I like it!
