The tea leaves, specially chosen and cultivated, were harvested at the time when amino acid content in the leaves is the highest. With complete fermentation, this tea was roasted with locally unique Longan wood for 6 days and 5 nights. The special scent from the amino acid was released from the leaves after this process. This dark roasted tea can be steeped many more times than regular tea.
