12 Tasting Notes
I’m not a big fan of green tea (except matcha), but this is so good even my non-tea fan mom likes it! Lol we happened to be at DT on the first day it was released, so we tried a sample and my mom liked it from there! I need a bit of sugar in my tea for the flavour to come out, so once I prepared it at home I immediately noticed the caramel goodness. Excellent tea! I hope it’s a permanent blend! It also smells exactly like creme brûlée and tastes like an appley green tea-infused creme brûlée! Fascinating flavours all within one cup – love it :)
Preparation
I’m not sure about whether the taste of this tea is authentic to its name or not as my sampler contains only three pieces of caramel which I’m storing for the last cup, but it certainly tastes lovely with cardamom added to it! Although I haven’t drank it as it’s intended, it’s really good and steeps fast at 4 minutes so that’s a plus! It’s almost all I’ve been drinking for the past few days. To restart my hair growth, lol. XD (rooibos is good for your hair!)
EDIT: I tried it with the bits of caramel and it tastes alright with a nice caramel aftertaste, but it’s overly sweet and I much prefer it with cardamom instead lol.
