I’ve been wanting to try this tea for awhile, and finally got to in a tea swap. I’ve got to say, I’m really liking this one- it tastes like a tropical vacation in a cup! (and if you can’t travel anytime soon, this might be the next best option!). The dry leaf scent is absolutely divine- fresh, juicy pineapple and a little nudge of apricot with a smooth oolong base. The flavor consists primarily of bold splashes of pineapple, with mild floral notes rounding it out. I can just barely detect the apricot, but I’m okay with that. This is a lighter tea, so I probably wouldn’t drink it in the winter, but I could totally see it happening in the warmer months. Thanks Lovelylotus for providing me with a sample!

I can’t use chopsticks. My favorite smells are lemongrass and fresh coffee. If I were to die of something fatal, it would probably be caffeine poisoning. Reading, photography, traveling, and cooking are just a few activities I enjoy. I am a native of Krasnoyarsk, but grew up in Alaska.

I enjoy most types of teas, but am partial to flavored black and green varieties specifically.
