drank Myrtle Magic by Adore Tea
109 tasting notes

Ahhhh this was so warm and uplifting!!
Love lemon myrtle. Very Australian.
I went to Chatswood today, all ready to buy a large pack of this after trying a 95c sample. Was super excited about it, and for all the other flavours I was going to take home with me. Then BAM, the Adore Tea store had closed down! What the fxck!
In terms of range and quality, all that Sydney has left is The Tea Centre and T2 :(
Oh well, there’s always online ordering. But it makes me sad to see great Aussie businesses closing down.
Anyway, this was delicious with a teapot steeping of five minutes. Next time, I’m steeping on the stove for 7-10 minutes like you’re supposed to with rooibos.
A new bag of this will arrive in my mailbox soon, and it brightens me to know that.

Preparation
Boiling 5 min, 15 sec 2 tsp 15 OZ / 450 ML

Bio

Australian tea drinker from Sydney.

I enjoy all kinds of tea except rooibos. Black and roasted oolongs are my true lovers while green tea makes me a little dizzy. Pu-erh I have yet to explore, despite being gifted several cakes. On the look-out for a great herbal tea and also getting the matcha madness.

Have yet to add everything to my Steepster cupboard, but would be interested in an Australian tea swap in the future!

The variety here is not as extensive as other places due to import regulations and the cost of shipping but I own and like stuff from Harney & Sons, Lupicia, T2, Teavivre, Butiki, Mariage Freres, Verdant, Yunnan Sourcing and Whispering Pines Tea Company.
