Who is drinking pumpkin tea? Any other fave fall teas?

Autumn is officially here and October started a few days ago. The stores are filled with Halloween decorations and candy, but my tea tastes are also starting to switch from light fruity teas to heavier “fall” teas. So are you drinking different teas now that fall is here? Anyone actually drinking pumpkin spice teas and if so, what are your faves?

I dislike pumpkin which makes this a brutal time of year (hehe) but I find myself much more interested in chai in fall. And apple stuff. Mmmm!

I bought a gingerbread tea a few weeks ago from my local tea shop. Haven’t tried it yet though

I’m drinking a few pumpkin teas from Butiki.

I’ve been using up last year’s pumpkin rooibos from David’s Tea. I believe it’s called Pumpkin Cheesecake. I’ve been cold brewing it as an iced tea.

I love pumpkin season! Trader Joe’s gets in a ton of pumpkin flavored items and I’m excited to see what all they have this year. I haven’t found any pumpkin teas that really do it for me. It doesn’t stop me from continuing the search!

I just got Harney & Son’s Pumpkin Spice in a swap a few weeks back, which I love! But I only have one tea bag left. I also picked up an ounce of the Pumpkin Chai over at David’s Tea the other day, normally I avoid their teas with candies in it, but I found this one pretty good!

I’m drinking through Art of Tea’s holiday teas for a review later this week.

Oh, I’ll be keeping an eye out for those reviews!

Here’s a spoiler: I had their Pumpkin Spice Chai last night, made just like a regular tea, no milk or anything. It totally rocked my world.

Oh wow! I’m going to go look it up right now. Can you compare it to davids tea’s version at all? I found that one to be muted and sad. Also, the last time I ordered form art of tea, the shipping to Canada was astronomical. I’ll have to check that out.

It has been a year since I had the David’s one, and I don’t remember a ton about it other than it was disappointing. My notes on this one last night were that the dry leaf smelled just like pumpkin pie. Usually when I have a pumpkin tea it’s strong on one spice over the others but I couldn’t pick out just one on this so I think it’s better balanced than most. And while it was good really hot, I liked it more as it cooled a little, I was drinking it greedily by then.

I busted out Republic of Tea’s Pumpkin Spice last week. Nice and creamy!

I can’t help but to drink pumpkin flavored matcha in a latte form. I usually drink matcha straight but this season, it’s just so right :-)
