Favorite snack paired with black tea

What is your favorite snack to have along with black tea? I know eating certain things while you drink your tea can modify the perceived flavor of the tea. I am looking for suggestions for a pairing that has no effect or improves the flavor. And I realize “black tea” is extremely broad. Let’s say it’s just a standard non-special black tea like regular Lipton, Tetley, PG Tips, etc.

I find lightly sweet snacks go extremely well with Ceylon black tea. Raisin biscuits or fig newtons.

I’ve had a rich Assam that paired nicely with cheddar or aged mozzarella. Not sure about Ceylon teas.
