Tea logging has become a rare event since graduate school, but I try to add notes whenever I try something new.
My favorite teas are milk oolong, jasmine tea, genmaicha, and an assam with milk.

Oh I do that too. My roommate was worried that I would pick out all the genmai from the sencha so she got me a bag of genmai to munch on. XP
