I also discovered this tea at PF Changs restaurant. Oolong is a newer taste experience for me. I found that I really liked this particular tea. The larger pyramid bags (makes a whole pot) were quite convenient. The flavor has a hint of smokiness without acidity and a little sweetness. Very pleasant.
