This Liubao tea is made from 2007 spring material. Tender tea is hand picked, which involves great skill and exhaustive labor. The girls work on tea garden need to be careful to pick young buds up. Maosheng tea not only carefully selected materials, the production process is quite unique, so its taste, such as liquor color and flavor are superior. This TF has different style Liubao tea and makes it more interesting. Such a humid and warm temperature condition controlled humanly accelerates the fermentation (Wo Dui, the same procesing with Ripe Puerh Tea) of the tea. The features of its ferment technology are pile ferment, compressed streaming, and longtime ferment. The palate is harmonious and well structured with a powerful refined finish enhanced by three years maturation in big bamboo basket.

A co-worker of my husband’s gave us half a kilo of this tea (at least, I’m pretty sure it’s this tea…) and it was amazing. It only needed to be steeped for maybe a minute or two and the flavor was already very strong. It was chocolate-y, and even after five steepings, the flavor was still quite strong with milk and sugar added. Looking forward to enjoying this tea for a long time!
