Description

«Shou Zhu Fu Zhuan» («Handmade Longevity Tea Brick») from Anhua (Hunan Province) made in 2014. The microbe Eurotium Cristatum or Jin Hua (Golden Flowers), extremely healthy, participates in the creation of this tea. Its colonies look like yellow grains scattered on the surface of the tea. Golden Flowers live on the Longevity Mushrooms, Fu Lin (Poria cocos, Poria coconut), the name of which was included in the name of the tea.

500 g tea briquette of pressed tea leaves with stiff cuttings. The aroma is calm, woody. The liquor is transparent, with yellow ocher shade.

The bouquet of the brewed tea is mature, spicy-woody, with notes of oak moss, autumn leaves, mushrooms and dried fruits. The aroma is deep and warm, spicy-woody. The taste is full-bodied and mild, buttery, sweetish, with light woody tartness, fruity sourness and refreshing finish.
