This just gets mishier and mashier… and better and better. I did a tea cupboard clean out yesterday and added a bunch of additional spices and tea to the mix. Much hotter flavour now, genius!
This is a trial blend I mixed up for my shop – organic Ceylon BOP with chopped dried apricots, cardamom pods and ginger – but it didn’t quite work, so I also chucked in a little bit of chai masala and some cinnamon black tea that I had sitting around as well.
