From Swiss Alpine Herbs

Our wonderfully fragrant and soothing organic tea composition made from fine alpine herbs, lovely blossoms and pieces of apple gently awakens the senses and is ideal for a refreshing start to the day.

The wonderfully balanced and soothing organic herbal trio of fruity-aromatic apple mint, mild bee balm and tart-fresh stinging nettle tastes delicious and is ideal for gently preparing the body for the new day. The fine floral scent and the light sweetness of lime blossom and pieces of apple harmonize perfectly with the refreshing herbs. Every sip of this wonderful tea symphony gently awakens the senses and conveys a wonderful “dewy” morning mood.
The herbs, blossoms and apples are grown by our long-standing farming partners according to the BIO Suisse guidelines and come from the Swiss Alps. We process these very carefully and gently in order to protect the valuable essential oils, aromas and herbal active ingredients.
Also available as an open tea, in an elegant gift box with 10 pyramid bags and in a practical cardboard tea dispenser with 24 individual pyramid bags in an aroma protection sleeve.

A sipdown! (M: 10, Y: 18) Prompt: A tea swap tea or gifted tea — a tea from my Swiss friend gifted for my birthday.

A little bit ironic indeed; as it is quite late for me (10 pm) and not a morning.

This tea also contains crimson beebalm (Monarda didyma), which should have flavour similar to bergamot. Let’s see. Anyway, steeped for 5 minutes in 300 ml mug.

Well, it tastes like one of many herbals I already have, but it is indeed interesting it is a bit citrusy (not sure about bergamot) though it doesn’t contain common lemon balm with similar flavour. It is also a bit rough and bitter, but that could be because 5 minutes steep (though it’ss recommended). Also it tastes a bit hoppy to me, but no hops in.
