This greener style oolong is plucked during Spring season in Taiwan. A light, refreshing tea that is perfect as a daily drinker to cool off with during the warmer months. It is intensely floral with notes of gardenia, lily, and jasmine. It is sweet in the aftertaste as it coats the bottom of the mouth. The leaves are ball-rolled in traditional Taiwanese oolong style and unwind to gorgeous multiple leaves over the course of brewing.
We recommend using 5-7g of leaf for 100ml of water.
