“hearty, strong and flavorful”…this is true!

This is one of the most lovely Ceylon’s I have ever had! It seems to be the strong-silent type. It’s VERY flavorful for a plain Ceylon but it’s also very smooth and ‘laid-back’.

YUMMY.

Thank you to my SororiTEA Sister TeaEqualsBliss for sending this tea my way.

This is a very mild, pleasantly smooth Ceylon. I love the aroma of this tea – I keep finding myself holding my cup up to my nose and just inhaling the fragrance as the steam wafts from the cup.

While it is mild, it has a lot of flavor – and I am enjoying its complex layers of flavor. I taste a rich, fruity flavor – almost peach/plum -ish. I can also taste piquant floral notes and even a honey-esque note which tastes quite indulgent.

A very nice afternoon tea.
