Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum x morifolium)

One of the most commonly used herbs in many parts of Asia, traditional Chinese medicine teaches that chrysanthemum is good for balancing liver and kidney function. It has cooling properties and helps to decrease the body’s internal heat. This herbal remedy has delicate floral notes, a mellow and refreshing taste, and a smooth texture.

Nice tea iced. Not quite as good as chrysanthemum hot as the sweetness isn’t as prominent. Very refreshing.
