These were purchased by us directly from the Haiwan Tea Factory back in 2005, and aged in Kunming since then. These bricks are a blend of Spring 2005 plucked teas from the Menghai area of Xishuangbanna. This 2005 production is unique in that it has a bamboo neifei (inner ticket) embedded into most (not all) of the bricks.
A classic Haiwan blend that is aged,potent and complex. Long lasting sweetness in the mouth and throat, and a strong cha qi.
