The Tea Affair

Muttering curses at hairdresser, who left me with a nice new haircut that’s totally NOT the nice new haircut I asked for. So I’m drowning my sorrows in the very last of my stash of this, which might just be my favourite tea of all.

Only a few teaspoons of leaves left, and I’m not buying any more tea before I go overseas in a couple of weeks. I’m really going to miss this one once it’s all gone!

This tea was on my mind all afternoon, so it was my evening tea tonight. What a hardship. Wonderful tea.

Had this last night and again today. One of the more expensive teas in my cupboard, but totally worth it. The perfect oolong, imho.

Great tea. First and second steepings were perfect. Currently on the third, and it’s still very good, very smooth, but not as sweet and floral as the earlier steepings. Contemplating a fourth…

This is a perfect Taiwan oolong, smooth and buttery with a lovely floral aroma you can smell from some distance. A really good Taiwan oolong is my favourite sort of tea, and I think this might be the very best I’ve had. Fabulous, fabulous tea.
