FDA approval

Hi,

I’m in the process of purchasing matcha green tea powder and selling online, and I just realized that I need my own FDA approval even though the manufacturer already has their own, but I’ll use my own brand name and label, so I need to get it approved also.

I tried calling and sending email to FDA, but nothing happened. Would someone with this experience tell me how to get the tea inspected and approved by FDA?
