The scent when you open the tea tin is absolutely divine and unlike a few other flavoured teas I’ve tried, tastes as good as it smells. Definitely more a herbal cinnamon blend, rather than a sweet and sticky bakery cinnamon but it doesn’t turn medicinal at any point.

My only criticism is that it felt a little thin, even with milk but that didn’t detract from the experience; perhaps it’s because the cinnamon reminded me of my morning porridge! I preferred the tea once it had cooled down but I think that’s just because I could get more of it in my mouth.

(NB: I’m not used to the taste of black tea, so my rating is tempered by that – I’ll likely revisit this tea once my tastebuds are more acclimatised!)
