I prefer to drink tea plain, and this one is far far too bitter for that. I guess that’s normal for indian chai that is usually prepared with milk and sweetener.

Exactly like it sounds: fennel spiked with chili pepper. I steep it for 10 to 15 minutes to bring out the chili.
Came as a sample with a David’s Tea order. Not bad. Not too subtle and tastes a bit like it smells — flowery.
