Hum, spearminty!
Not the best green tea I’ve ever had, but I like spearmint, and this is a very refreshing blend. Also, it works great in the kitchen: my regular chicken stew became a somewhat lovely exotic chicken stew with the help of a few tea leaves.

Well, I tried steeping it longer and it actually tastes better. It’s still a bit too mild, but it seems to be growing on me. Who new!

Yes, I am addicted to fruit infusions. Why do you ask? :D
Starting the year with some Lady Grey, to help with the holiday food detox.
I’m not a big fan of lychees. I like fruit that packs a punch, and lychees’s are just too mild. But amazingly enough, it works as a tea. Very nice flavour and the smell… it’s almost like you’re standing next to some fresh lychees.
Yep, tastes even better cold. Must be great ice cold in the summer.
Berries + berries + berries. You can (almost) never go wrong with berries.

Spices + rainy, dark almost-winter days = perfection

This eucalyptus and orange rooibos mix is nice, I just wish the eucalyptus wasn’t as overpowering as it is. A little more orange would have made the perfect taste.
After a very stressful day, the spices in this tea are just the perfect way to relax. Also, that pistachio I saw lurking in the mix? I’m so gonna eat it after it steeps. ;D
Another lovely tea bought on my last trip to Empório do Chá.
I love berries, so a tea that smelled as good as this one had to be bought. And I am happy to say that it was worth it. You can really taste the redcurrants, the raspberries and the blueberries.
I love surprises, and this one was actually a pretty nice surprise. After brewing, I couldn’t smell the berries anymore, but after one sip you can definitely taste the raspberries and the blackberries. And that is a win in my book.
I would have to agree with the previous reviewer: this is one of those teas that doesn’t impress at the first sip, but grows on you by the end of the cup. A light blend that goes very well with a late morning.
I absolutely adore fruit infusions, and this one actually tastes as good as it smells, which means… a lot. A lovely infusion for a cold evening. And it probably tastes even better cold, on a very hot day.
“meh” seems like the appropriate word here.
Well, this was a bit… disappointing. From the colour and the smell I was expecting something different – a stronger pomegranate flavour maybe, not as “metallic” as it turned out to be.
Me thinks a little honey might be in order to finish the pot.
