From Imperial Tea Court

Our unique, custom-produced Imperial Puerh consists entirely of painstakingly hand-crafted tiny, shimmering golden leaf buds, making it one of the world’s rarest and most difficult teas to produce. When infused the liquor is a deep, golden amber with a rich, supremely full-bodied flavor that is smooth and savory with a hint of cocoa and a deliciously lingering creamy aftertaste.

Preparation: Imperial Puerh tea responds well to most methods of tea preparation, but in order to bring out its uniquely full-bodied richness we recommend brewing it gongfu style. Generously cover the bottom of the pot with tea leaves, add near boilling water and infuse for around 1- 3 minutes depending on desired intensity. Decant into a pitcher or directly into warmed tasting cups and enjoy. Imperial Puerh may be infused multiple times; increase steeping time as needed to maintain flavor and to suit personal preference.
