Meh. It has that same ‘hollow’ taste as the other Stash teas with licorice powder.
8 Tasting Notes
I love Zhena’s teas. Just not this one. Brewed to instructions on the packaging, and it tasted sort of empty… However, adding agave brought the flavours of the tea out of hiding, and made for a far more enjoyable experience.
This tea smells fantastic, and that is about all it has going for it. I have tried this tea many ways, and the most palatable is iced sweetened with honey. The bitter undertones ruin this one for me. Agave and sugar were not enough to fix it, only the honey worked.
Made this iced and really enjoyed it. A light refreshing beverage, no sweeteners added.
This made for a rather nice iced tea. The blueberry flavour was dominant, and the green tea wasn’t too bitter, so no sweetener required.
