The cold weather is a fleeting phenomenon in my part of the world. It hardly lasts two months, all together, and the summer weather persists.
I, however, love cold weather things. Layers? Love ‘em. The flavors of winter? Fantastic! But these two things don’t particularly jell, so I am feeling the pressure to drink more of my “cold weather” teas, before I loose my appetite for them.
This brewed up nice today. The Lapsang and the chai spices lined up to form a dimensional, interesting cup that I thoroughly enjoyed. I hope I can replicate that!

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
I’m a bit of a novice, but an enthusiastic one, and am happily sipping new varieties all the time.
I love vanilla, fruity, and caramel flavors, and cant wait to try more.
