Birthday Cupcake on my birthday! It just seemed fitting. :)
Drinking my second-to-last tablespoon of this and enjoying every second of it. Such a delicious vanilla frosting, creamy cake-like delight!
Della Terra really delivered with this one.

Cold Brew! This tea tastes of peach a bit more than nectarine I think. Vaguely artificial, but not overly so. Honestly though I do use a bit more water in the water-to-leaf ratio when I cold brew DAVIDStea blends, due to there being too sweet most of the time. It was nice, but not something I would need to seek out.

Creamy, raspberry, mint! Not necessarily a cake vibe from this tea, but the flavour combination was delicious! I would love to have been able to try this cold brewed, but I only had a small sample. Give this one a go; it’s a winner.

No cookie. No oolong. Sad face. :( This tea was okay, don’t get me wrong, but it wasn’t what I was hoping for. As a lemon ginger tea it was yummy, but as a lemon ginger cookie oolong it failed. It was tasty for what it was though. :)

This one is in the process of being reblended – hopefully my reblend will be better. :)

This was a creamy strawberry chai, which doesn’t sound like it would work, but for some reason it tasted great to me! The chai was light, which helped, and the creaminess of the strawberry was in the forefront. A truly unique blend I feel. I would consider picking up more, perhaps.

That sounds like a really interesting combination of flavors.

This poor dear was given to me as a sample in a zip lock bag. Goodness knows how old it was when I got it. I wouldn’t say it was fresh because it had very little aroma in the leaf. I steeped it and was greeted with the ghost of a chai. So faint I know that it must have been a victim of time and improper storage. Oh well.

I drank this when I was ill. I try to drink spicy teas when sick so that I am able to detect at least some resemblance of flavour. This was gingery with a hint of pepper. My taste-buds couldn’t detect the orange because I was too ill. I am not rating this though, due to not wanting to be unfair. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t clear through my congestion.

This is the ultimate illness tea. I add a bit of honey to this when I’m sick for my throat as well. The juniper berries and the eucalyptus really help to sooth your sinus and throat while trying to break through any congestion. I would pick this up again if possible for those horrid times when I am under the weather.

I suppose I need to keep some of this on standby for those kinds of horrid times. I hope you are on the mend.

@evol Thanks dear! I am actually not sick at the moment; this is from my backlog. :) This tea does help a bit when you really need it, in any case.

This sounded quite nice. The tea had a hint of sweetness from the “honey” in the blend. A few of the ingredients were “honey roasted” and I think that brought it about. I didn’t taste any licorice root (thankfully), but a nice lemon & raspberry warmth. I thought the green tea provided a nice, faintly grassy, backbone. I’d like to pick up another sample of this one, but with M & K’s M.I.A. I don’t know that that would be possible.

A lovely muscatel, almost floral tea. I re steeped this Darjeeling a few times and each cup was engaging. I’d recommend it!

Retrogamer, tea enthusiast, and all around geeky gal. Let’s have a spot, shall we?

I enjoy most black, green, white, oolong (not too mineral-y), rooibos (green too), and various herbal teas. Oh, & I love guayusa. :}

My most searched for flavours include coconut, maple, melon, lychee, pumpkin, and ANYTHING reminiscent of cake. but I am open to try just about anything. I am not too fond of exceptionally fake tasting peach, grape, or lemon flavours, or Earl Grey teas either.

I have no allergies or food sensitivities.
