Tea Swag of the Day

I promise, I’m running out of “Of the Day”-related topics. But I found a few tea things that were not cups, pots, infusers, or cozies, and wanted to share them. I wish they had showed what this “tea light” looks like in a dark room: http://amzn.to/1goptih

About a centimeter in size, this teeny teapot might be “charming” on a chain: http://amzn.to/1mYAmtJ

I saw this other day whilst aimlessly surfing. There might be one in my immediate future. I have SKILZ!

Wow. I love those pendant-style teacup lights. I would go nuts at the thrift shops looking for nice thin china cups whose designs would light up from behind. And I’m very impressed you have the skills to make one for yourself!

I’ve been looking into it and the hardest part is drilling the holes. You just need the right drill bit and to go slow. I would imagine there will be some losses so you would need a couple of extra for practice so you can get the technique down. The rest is just gluing and screwing things together and tiny bit of wiring which is totally easy.

I went into my local David’s Tea today and caved…. I bought one of their Takeya 2L pitchers for making iced tea (http://steepster.com/teaware/takeya/46003-flash-chill-iced-tea-maker).

I said I wouldn’t buy it! I didn’t need it! But the little iced tea packs they sold looked so pretty, and what’s the point of buying pitcher-sized servings of iced tea leaf if you don’t have a pitcher to serve them in?

You got a great deal.
I hate it that some of their deals are in store only
And there is not a David’s Tea anywhere near me.
(Voice dripping with jealousy)
lol…good for you…and of course, you needed it ;-)

Today’s Tea Swag has to be this melodic tea strainer. http://amzn.to/1n5BnvV

Oh girl!
That is the STUFF
I love birds and absolutely adore this, but the price…
eeeeek!

I know — that’s the equivalent of $109.33 for a tea strainer. But hey, if you’re living in a huge house with no stuff, maybe…?

Oh, I could be tempted…lol…

I’m not sure if this is “swag” or a “steeper” but either way…..
I’ve had one of these for about a year now. LOVE it. Cold steep tea in the fridge, take it to the table, pour for your guest (filter in the top keeps the leaves in). It’s fun, beautiful, looks great on the table, conversation piece.

I love that! It’s a fancy iced tea pitcher. I’m definitely adding this to my amazon wedding registry :)

That is really cool!

Okay, I’m confused. The “tea table” in this charming dollhouse set sure looks like an ottoman to me…
